Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in Real World Evidence (RWE) and previous experience working with private equity-backed companies. As the COO, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our client by overseeing and optimizing operations, leading a talented team, and implementing strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of [number] years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a COO or in a similar capacity. Proven track record of success in optimizing operations and driving business growth. Prior experience working with private equity-backed companies strongly preferred. Deep understanding of the Real World Evidence (RWE) landscape and its applications in the healthcare industry. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience. Willingness to travel as needed.
