Jefferson Wells is seeking a Controller for a permanent, direct-hire position at a manufacturing client of ours in the Metro Detroit, Michigan area. The Controller oversees all accounting, banking and payroll functions and staff. This is a managerial role overseeing 2 accounting staff, and is a support role to the CFO. The company is a $50 Million, Private Equity owned Job Shop -- meaning that they do huge ($1M) projects, and use "Percentage of Completion" accounting.
