Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager for the overall administration and implementation of BluePath's contracts, to include subcontractor administration. This position will average 20 hours per week with possible surges during post-award activities, and you must be a U.S. citizen to apply.Primary responsibilities will include:Act as primary liaison and point of contact with BluePath clients and teaming partners on formal communications and submittals, and specifically for leading the negotiations for new contracts, subcontracts and contract or subcontract modifications.Review new contracts for any compliance issues with the regulations cited in the clauses i.e. CFR, FAR, DFARS, etc., to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and the Company's practices, policies, procedure and guidelines.Review solicitations for any compliance issues with the regulations cited in the clauses (i.e. CFR, FAR, DFARS, etc.) and complete the Standard Form and Section K, Representations and Certification as required for submission.Draft contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, agreements, memorandums of understanding, including terms and conditions, schedules, work statements, and other contract related documents.Monitoring contract performance for compliance with applicable laws, deliverable schedules, payment provisions, inspections, contract and date reporting per contract requirement.Assisting BluePath Program Managers on issues of contract interpretation.Required Qualifications8+ years of related work experience.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Experience with Government contracting under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the individual Department FAR supplements.Experience with the various FAR contracting types including: Fixed Price, Fixed Price Level of Effort Time & Material (T), Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and General Service Administration Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) and Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) contracts.Experience with various types of agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.Display a high level of initiative, effort, attention to detail, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.Understanding of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defence Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit procedures, rules and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, negotiating skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks using available resources effectively and efficiently.Proficient with the use of standard Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other generally used business software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat).Desired QualificationsNational Contracts Management Association certificationExperience with Unanet accounting system.Security clearance.Master's Degree such as MBA or J.D.About BluePathBluePath Labs combines mission and business insights with advanced technologies to deliver measurable performance improvements for our clients.
