Position Summary:

Pentair is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Management team, to support recruiting for various exempt level roles, including but not limited to: Manufacturing Operations Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, General and Administrative.

You Will:
  • Partner with hiring teams and technology, to scope job requirements, analyze market conditions and develop robust recruiting strategies.
  • Provide candidates with a white glove experience from application through offer
  • Work closely with your peers in the organization to network for employee referrals
  • Leverage Pentair's resources to engage with candidates in the market and generate leads and interest in open requisitions.


Key Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for hard to fill exempt level requisitions, ideally in a manufacturing organization OR prior experience as a hiring manager for exempt level roles in a MTO, MTS or ETO manufacturing organization
