Cameron Kinston Associates, a leader in executive search and project RPO, is looking to add two recruiters to our team to do full lifecycle recruiting for a Client's new division. This will be supporting a leader in the hospitality/Entertainment/Venue Management industry. A recent merger and post Covid-19 growth makes these roles needed now. These roles will have an opportunity to become F/T if interested and successful.
You will cover professional corporate positions, not event staff. (Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.) To be successful, you should possess excellent sourcing skills, pipeline development, knowledge of ATS systems, Job boards, social media recruiting, self-managed, work well with hiring managers, and a successful track record within a team environment.
