  • Provide oversight of leased labor supplier performance using key metrics such as fill rate, time‑to‑fill, cycle time, worker quality, conversion rate, and issue‑resolution timeliness; recommend corrective actions and escalate systemic trends as necessary.
  • Engage with Business EXIM, Legal, Senior Leaders, Gate Reviews, and program stakeholders to reinforce alignment, ensure compliance, and communicate Raytheon needs and impacts during the CLRS rollout.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide training, onboarding, and hypercare support for new Raytheon CLRS users—including Procurement, Hiring Managers, the MSP, Finance, and Supervisors—to ensure consistent adoption and process discipline.
  • Support future CLRS software releases by contributing Raytheon‑specific requirements, participating in prioritization discussions, executing user acceptance testing, and coordinating deployment readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting Raytheon users; identify short‑term workarounds and partner with RTX system owners to drive long‑term solutions.
  • Ensure business partners across Raytheon uphold their responsibilities within the CLRS operating model; provide governance, clarity, and escalation when required.

What You Will Learn:

  • Deeper understanding of Supply Chain, FAR/DFARS requirements, and compliance in a leased‑labor environment.
  • Hands‑on experience driving change management and supporting a major RTX enterprise system rollout.
  • Strengthened CORE capabilities through stakeholder engagement, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Broader insight into CLRS, SAP Fieldglass, PRISM, and APEX system interactions and workflows.
  • Enhanced skills in supplier performance analysis using key contingent labor metrics (fill rate, time‑to‑fill, cycle time, conversion %).
  • Increased proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline work and improve decision-making.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
