Centro holding is a group of companies developing in-house products for the online entertainment industry. Founded in 2007, the company has expanded into an international team of over 300 people. Although our headquarters are located in Montreal, we have offices in Canada, the United States, and Europe (Georgia, Ukraine, Cyprus). 

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Content Moderator Team Leader. This is full time, remote position. 

About project: It is the original clip marketplace delivering authentic content from studios to consumers worldwide. We are a thriving company in the e-commerce space, with operations worldwide.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the accurate review of content and meet SLA targets.
  • Develop metrics and workflows. 
  • Promote activities to improve and maintain high-level excellence. 
  • Maintain product compliance based on defined guidelines and processes.
  • Communicate with creators, relay important information, updates, and problem-solving.
  • Answer team member questions, help with problems, and ensure work quality and guideline compliance. 
  • Communicate deadlines and monitor important metrics.
  • Conduct training for new employees and provide support to team members.
  • Effectively distribute work, plan and manage resources, and ensure redundancy planning. 
  • Prepare and deliver semi-annual employee reviews and define new objectives. 
  • Occasionally plan and supervise one-time projects. 
  • Act as a go-to person for team members, escalate cases to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of current leadership or content moderation experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and various software and web-based tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to focus and achieve objectives. 
  • Proven motivational and leadership capabilities.
  • Time management skills and ability to take on new assignments while maintaining performance. 
  • Ability to think on their feet, problem solve independently, and multitask continuously.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
