Job Description

We're seeking a high-agency LinkedIn Content Marketer / Social Media Manager to manage our company's LinkedIn presence and drive lead generation for our remote job board. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone who understands the remote work landscape and can create compelling content that resonates with job seekers and remote work enthusiasts.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
  • Create 2-3 original LinkedIn posts daily (text + images)
  • Develop engaging visual content using Canva or similar tools
  • Bonus: Create video content for LinkedIn
  • Use AI tools effectively while maintaining authentic voice
  • Generate all content ideas and topics independently
Community Engagement:
  • Actively engage with comments throughout the day
  • Respond to messages and build relationships on our behalf
  • Foster meaningful conversations around remote work topics
Posting & Analytics:
  • Handle all posting and scheduling
  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports
  • Adjust strategy based on analytics and performance data
  • Participate in weekly sync / async meetings to review metrics

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:
  • Proven ability to create engaging LinkedIn content
  • High agency mindset - we need someone who takes initiative
  • Excellent written communication skills and command over English language
  • Experience with Canva and LinkedIn creator tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Video creation skills
  • Understanding of the remote work ecosystem
  • Experience in B2C marketing or job boards
  • Familiarity with AI content tools

Working Arrangement:
  • Compensation: $800-1,000/month with performance bonuses on hitting targets
  • Communication: Primarily async with 1:1 meetings as needed
  • Performance: Success measured by LinkedIn engagement metrics and lead generation

What Success Looks Like:
  • Consistent daily posting schedule maintained
  • Growing engagement rates and follower count
  • Increased traffic to our job board from LinkedIn
  • Building DailyRemote as a thought leader in the remote work space
