Together, we're pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Do you excel at developing helpful and impactful documents that support an thriving and growing enterprise?In this role, the Content Developer / Documenter is responsible for maintaining our Internal Employee Experience Knowledgebase while collaborating with HR colleagues to design, develop, format, write and implement usable and engaging content for a self-service delivery model for employee benefits and other inquiries to the HR Service Support team.Key Responsibilities:Develop documentation and content in support of the delivery of an Associate Experience Knowledge Base that drives associate engagement and improves customer satisfaction through Self-Service and Tier 1 Service Support.Collaborate with Subject Matter Authorities to write and edit knowledgebase content that is concise, engaging, and appropriate for the audience. Content ranges from FAQs, How to Articles, Troubleshooting Guides, Virtual Chat Assistance, Online Help, Phone Scripts and Policy/Program Support Materials.Organize complex systems of information so users can find exactly what they are looking for. Provide guidance on knowledgebase navigational design and article usability based on article usage data, usability insights and content management standard methodologies.Maintain a content delivery schedule for new, revised, and obsolete content.Minimum Qualifications:Five or more years current experience in designing and writing content for customer support, service support, and/or product design. HR / benefits or similar documentation and content development experience is preferred.Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Content Development/Writing experience.Experience writing knowledgebase content/articles as well as experience with search optimization processes is preferred.Ability to collaborate with colleagues on content standards and guidelines with a strong attention to detail.Exceptional writing and communication skills with shown ability to follow plans and directions with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to think broadly about tactics, collaborate with others and adapt quickly to changing priorities. #LI-RemoteWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
