You’ll help to lead a talented team, with direct reports, to create disruptive strategies for consumer campaigns and content that reach multiple generations who expect more from the foods they choose to eat and drink and who demand not only progress when it comes to environmental practices, but the desire to do even more to get to a greener planet together.
You will lead, manage and measure ambitious programs aimed at increasing trust among Gen Z and Millennials Parents, while engaging with them in their channels through paid advertising, digital marketing, influencers and more. You’ll take research and insights to drive timeless communications strategies that build the marketing foundation for our dairy farm families and share outs of key learnings to multiple dairy stakeholder audiences. This position will also provide the opportunity to play a key role in multi-year organizational planning strategy.
Our ideal teammate has a solid Marketing background and experience leading strategy and a variety of promotional projects end-to-end along with agencies.
