We are adding a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in the Retail/Consumer Goods Solution Architecture to our incredible Innovation practice! Reporting directly to our SVP, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by partnering with our customers to understand their business needs, identify requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch scalable, impactful solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our growing practice, work on exciting projects, and collaborate closely with our Artificial Intelligence team to drive innovation.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Facilitate business process reviews to understand and document customer requirements
- Translate customer needs into Salesforce architecture and design, leveraging best practices with a focus on Order Management, Service Cloud, Commerce or Consumer Goods Cloud/Retail Execution.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management solutions
- Develop technical documentation, including functional requirements and specifications for implementation teams
- Drive optimal user experience (UX) design throughout solution delivery
- Manage customer communications and overall project delivery, ensuring successful implementation outcomes
- Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation
- Own and be accountable for all aspects of assigned project execution
- Lead vision and strategy conversations with customer service and operations leadership
- Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to design forward-thinking, intelligent Salesforce solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical consulting and project management
- 2+ years of project delivery experience on the Salesforce platform
- Strong Salesforce administration experience with a focus on Service Cloud and Order Management
- Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce Order Management solutions
- Expertise in declarative configuration within Salesforce, minimizing custom development
- Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics highly preferred
- Comfortable documenting and reviewing technical requirements, including those leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and integrations via Salesforce APIs
- Proven track record leading multiple Salesforce deployments, including multi-environment and integration-heavy projects
- Full SDLC ownership experience, including structured code management and delivery methodology
- Ability to lead enterprise-level Salesforce projects from inception to launch
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and/or Commerce Cloud
- Ability to quickly understand customer business processes and recommend Salesforce-enabled improvements
- Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
Certifications:
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Order Management, Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II)
- Multiple certifications strongly preferred
