RTS is experiencing revenue growth, with development programs and international business both currently expanding. This position is an integral part of the RTS & Land Warfare & Air Defense finance teams, helping to build strategy, improve tactical financial performance, and developing and implementing program finance process improvements. This position serves as the overall financial planning lead supporting the RTS finance manager, RTS Director, RTS business area, and RMS Land Warfare Systems Product Line.The selected candidate, as the RTS Financial lead:Demonstrates positive leadership characteristics, to include continuous process improvements and development of program business finance analysts to enhance effectiveness and potential.Participates in and promotes a team environment by working with own organization and other organizations in the accomplishment of team responsibilities and objectives.Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports and assigned areas of responsibility.Links the finance/data with program leadership, customer, suppliers and other functional organizations to help drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and operating profit performance to meet short-term and long-term business objectives.Develops, implements and administers financial procedures and systems designed to ensure proactive financial analyses, accurate reporting, and internal control of both direct and indirect programs and investments.Participates with other program and functional managers within RTS to develop and establish program objectives and policies.- Interfaces and assists with outside and internal auditors as required. Communicates and enforces Company policies and procedures. Minimum Required Skills : Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and 8 years of program/functional business finance knowledge o or a related directly related master degree and 6 years with related experience.Experience with planning, organizing and negotiating, as well as leadership skills to motivate and train business finance employeesMust be experienced at analyzing data and information necessary to ensure program/function performance to plan and to ensure that problem areas are identified and corrective action is takenMust be experienced in process and continuous improvement of financial tasksMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with managing multiple prioritiesMust have working knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAPExperience with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and WordMust have experience of SAP, Financial Planning tools (RPlan) Highly Desired Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred experience in various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T)Experience supporting functions as well as programs This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 170269 Raytheon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
