You will provide exceptional customer service. Our clients help to drive the work and the reach of our organization! You will solicit client feedback and celebrate success. Trainers work to ensure our ongoing departmental progress by dispersing evaluations after every training engagement. That feedback is then consolidated into a training report that demonstrates the impact of the training -- and is distributed to all clients after the training is completed.
