Purpose of JobWe are currently seeking a talented Compliance Risk Manager Senior for the San Antonio Home Office or 100% Remote Work Environment. This is an individual contributor role.This Senior Compliance Risk Manager will be responsible for second line of defense oversight of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) across business lines. Responsibilities will include but not limited to FCRA related business procedure reviews to ensure compliance, issue management which includes validation and testing of FCRA related issues prior to closure, build and execution of FCRA monitoring and testing, FCRA related complaint management reviews, assessment of FCRA related controls, and conducting compliance risk assessments.Provides second-line independent oversight and guidance regarding business products, services, and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $80,200.00 - $144,500.00 *(this does not include geographical differential, it may be applied based on your work location)Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
