The Compliance Auditor will be exceedingly thorough in her processes and provide meaningful and actionable feedback to our growers to enhance each farms ability to achieve excellence. What You'll DoConduct regular audits and participate in third party audits of each farm and each farm's practices to ensure the exacting standards and pasture-raised practices we know are best for our hens are maintained on each of our small family farms.Develop close professional working relationships with our Growers to support their learning and development and understanding of the importance of active farm management. Collaborate with Growers to assist them with their audit preparation activities, including collecting appropriate documentation and determining optimal scheduling. Listen to Grower needs and concerns and diplomatically solve challenges.
