Community Manager including Events & Grants

Mina Foundation oversees the Mina Protocol a Layer One blockchain based on the latest Zero Knowledge technology. We are seeking a community manager with at least 18 months of experience in the blockchain industry to join our expanding team. The role will involve extensive community work and drilling down to a very deep level with all the participants in the Mina Ecosystem from block producers to Mina builders, grantees, sponsors, and influencers through all of our channels (Discord, YouTube, etc.)

You will need to show that you have a track record in engaging with blockchain communities through effective strategies in prior roles and can cultivate effective relationships moving forward by curating compelling content and leveraging social media and marketing strategies.

Through your outstanding community knowledge, you will also assist in setting up events such as hackathons and other in-person events as well as assisting grant management and logistics within the ecosystem acting as the conduit between community members and the wider internal team Mina team: product, engineering, marketing & community.

As this role will involve global travel and community and in-person events there should be a desire and willingness to travel.
