Description The Collateral Risk Analyst/CCOAR will be a contributing member of the Collateral Risk Management Team. In this role you will act as a liaison between Operations and/or Sales and the Collateral Risk Management team. Primary responsibilities will include: + CRM morning reports - Generates several reports for distribution to management + Assignments of reviews - In conjunction with morning reports, reviews are manually assigned to reviewers to ensure all rush files and oldest files are assigned and reviewed in a timely fashion; this also occurs at various points throughout the day + Re-Approvals - Field requests and ensure reports that need to be re-approved in the system are researched and properly addressed. + Revision Requests - Review post-approval requests that are received from Operations and other areas to ensure they are valid. + Statuses - Receive and reply to status requests from Operations and/or sales + General mailbox inquiries - Receive and research general inquiries from various departments outside of CRM. This includes all types of appraisal related issues and questions, as well as facilitating appraisal transfers from and to other lenders, FHA to Conventional transfers, Conventional to Conventional transfers, Equity to equity transfers, equity to mortgage and mortgage to equity transfers. + Blue Prism processes - Monitor Blue Prism production folders to ensure the process does not halt. Initiates communication with Blue Prism group when process stops in order to re-start process; logs all outages with descriptions + AR Report - Generate reports for Equity + Technology issues - Research and identifying issues with appraisal orders either in .NET or CMS in order to determine most efficient fix due to time constraints + QA issues - Upon receiving requests from Ops, reviewer QA issues are sometimes uncovered for a variety of reasons; issues are logged in CCOAR database, reviewer/manager contacted for correction. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: + 1 year mortgage experience or equivalent business experience or college degree + Knowledge of real property terms, types of ownership in real estate, deeds, mortgages, etc. + Possess analytical skillset + Ability to recognize deficiencies and/or red flags in appraisals and evaluation reports + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook + Good oral and written communications skills + Can work effectively in a team environment but also a self-starter able to work independently + Effectively manage multiple deadlines and projects. + Good Analytical/Math skills + Completes all work with a sense of urgency + Familiar with secondary market collateral guidelines Preferred Skills/Experience: + Prior appraisal or alternative collateral product review experience, former processor or closer, former underwriter Hours and Work Schedule: Hours per week: 40 Work Schedule: Flexible schedule but will include working the following hours: 7;00am- 4:00pm 2 days per week, 8:00am - 5:00pm 2 days per week, 10:00am - 7:00pm 1 day per week Remote/flexible location Position not available in Colorado #LI-Sourcer3 Why Work for Us At Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
