Cold Caller

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our client's team, focusing on outbound calls to generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, friendly, and has a neutral accent to connect effectively with a diverse audience. This role is critical in building our client base, so we're looking for someone who thrives on reaching out to potential clients and can consistently achieve high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct at least 60+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential leads.
• Engage with prospects to introduce our client's services, build rapport, and schedule meetings.
• Use an upbeat, friendly tone and maintain a high level of professionalism to establish initial interest.
• Document call activities and maintain organized records of conversations, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that scheduled meetings are productive and valuable.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales, ideally in a high-volume environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with minimal accent; ability to connect with US-based clients naturally and professionally.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay focused on consistent outreach.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1100 / month
