About the Role of Client Training Specialist:
We are excited to welcome a dynamic Client Training Specialist to our rapidly expanding and closely-knit team! 
As a Training and Onboarding Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Training and a supportive team to master the WIN system. Your role will involve guiding WIN franchise owners through the onboarding process and launching their businesses successfully. Are you a highly empathetic and approachable individual who thrives on knowledge sharing and continuous learning? Do you have a proactive approach and enjoy actively participating in process management and coaching? If so, you will play a pivotal role in helping WIN Franchise Owners acquire new skills and knowledge, jumpstarting their growth.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Serve as a 'Champion' for WIN Franchise Owners, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the training journey.
- Meticulously oversee and execute end-to-end onboarding, training, and launch processes for Franchise Owners, focusing on client success and exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate connections between Franchise Owners and internal tools and resources to facilitate business growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead training sessions, webinars, and mentorship programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with training, marketing, technology, and other internal teams to optimize strategic plans and resources to meet Franchise Owner needs.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the WIN business coaching playbook and contribute to its development.

Qualifications and Skills:-
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, and/or project management.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- Bachelor's degree.
