About the Position:
Type: Full Time Regular
Location: 9201 E. Mountain View Road, #200, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
Position is remote.

The Client Success Project Manager ensures that Matrix executes on key operational and contractual client requirements which demonstrate Matrix is meeting and exceeding its commitments. This position will lead the delivery of client-facing materials, reports, and responses to operational inquiries. This person will also be responsible for managing the scheduling and trafficking of Matrix Medical Network's member engagement initiatives. This position requires a blend of account management, project management, process knowledge, member engagement and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
The role will be highly visible with an expectation that each customer is provided with the highest quality customer service and exceptional communication both internally and externally to ensure flawless execution.
Coordinate delivery of client facing reports from Client Ops Reporting team, and drive enhancements to reporting content, format, and delivery. Take leadership role to implement and improve QA processes associated with client facing reports
Guide and support Production Planning teams on monthly production planning activities, negotiate updates to production plans, and evaluate contingency planning suggestions to ensure Matrix delivers on client volume requirements
Use Matrix CRM and other tools to track and assist forecasting of expansionary opportunities, to document and communicate internally regarding probability and timing of upcoming program expansions
Support client projects and act as a liaison to client contacts and gather input, documentation and client deliveries from internal Matrix subject matter experts
Contribute to internal Business Development meetings and reports
Coordinate the member engagement project work flow, calendar and reporting
Oversee for the project timelines from the creative stage through release of artwork to printers, following up with relevant parties throughout all phases until all components are received
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or other related field required
3+ years of work experience in a client focused role with increasing responsibility
3+ years solid experience in program/project management; preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated ability to work against a plan, meet deadlines and produce deliverables relative to target dates
Exceptional consulting skills and customer savviness; experience managing, defining, leading and successfully delivering on-time initiatives
Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of an organization
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and lead across internal constituencies regardless of title or authority
Proven ability to apply process acumen to process improvement projects, with measurable business performance improvement outcomes, independently and successfully
Multi-tasking Ability - can handle numerous initiatives in an efficient and accurate manner, while maintaining composure and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure
Moderate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal business communication skills
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required
