About the Role

As a Client Innovation Partner Finance (f/m/d) you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with Italian customers in the Finance industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value with our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels.
  • Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.

Together with our team of business specialists, you will drive the co-creation of new products and solutions for our clients!

  • 8+ years of work experience providing solutions to finance clients in helping them achieve their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings.
  • Extensive network with C-suites within Financial institutions in Italy
  • Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen paired with Solution Selling skills.
  • Ability to articulate ROI.
  • Business fluent Italian and English.
