Summary: This position is responsible for processing of fast-track claims. What You'll Be Doing: Investigates, evaluates and negotiates (within authorized limits) assigned low complexity claims based on coverage and damages. Develops and maintains positive relationships with all customers while providing a positive customer experience as outlined in our customer experience pledge. Implement and recommend new processes, technology and services to enhance the claims experience. Assess customer needs and solves for the optimal inspection method and other services as appropriate. Investigates, evaluates and delivers TL values to customers and/or claimants, as assigned. What You'll Bring To The Company: Bachelor's degree or minimum of two years' professional business experience is required, preferably in customer service industry. Must possess strong written and verbal communication and organization skills. Must have ability to interact with people in a professional manner. Should be familiar with basic operation of a PC and word processing and spreadsheet applications. State specific adjusters' license may be required.
