Role Cisco Support Engineer - Contact center Location Remote San Francisco Indianapolis after Covid - 2 positions Duration Full Time (Preferred local profiles) Job Description bull Provide Level 1 support to all the existing customers deployed across globe. This involves, identifying the incident and making necessary corrective action. bull Understand the client's business needs in order to work on the incidentschanges requested. bull Meet SLA's for incidents raised. bull Must work in Shifts and provide on call support over the weekend. bull Analytical Thinking, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. bull Must have contact center knowledge and worked on implementation of complete contact center suite or a component of Contact center - For eg. ACD, CTI, Dialer, Logger, etc. bull Good in SQL.
