Responsibilities:
Support the CTO in planning and running team activities such as meetings, all-hands, and offsite events

Build and improve onboarding plans for new hires
Partner with Recruiting to support hiring efforts, including job design and interview processes
Help plan hiring needs based on business goals and team priorities
Track open roles, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress
Keep track of key decisions and make sure action items are completed
Lead special projects such as team changes, new processes, or organizational improvements
Help document and share engineering standards and best practices
Coordinate work across teams to remove blockers and improve collaboration
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a strategy, operations, or leadership support role
Experience working in a large or fast-paced organization is preferred
Strong understanding of people processes such as hiring, performance reviews, and career development
Excellent written communication skills (clear and easy-to-follow documents and summaries)
Strong relationship-building skills; able to handle sensitive topics with care and professionalism
Able to create structure and improve processes without making them overly complex
Nice to Have:
Experience working with engineering or technology teams
Background in engineering or engineering management
Familiarity with compensation programs or salary structures
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,300 - 188,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
