Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Strategy:
- Drive the company's financial planning, forecasting, and strategy.
- Ensure financial procedures and systems are in place and are regularly updated to meet current and future business needs.
- Oversee the management, performance, and risk of personal investments in venture capital, private equity, and real estate.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, revenue/ cost analysis, and market/industry trends.
Business Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our Business and personal investments.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide timely recommendations to the executive team.
- Lead the development and implementation of live dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.
- Represent the company in negotiations with financial institutions, auditors, public officials, etc.
Banking & Financing:
- Work closely with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal loan agreements and financing options.
- Manage the company's financial obligations, ensuring timely repayment and favorable terms.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Identify potential acquisition targets and lead M&A initiatives.
- Oversee due diligence processes, negotiate terms, and integrate acquired entities.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Oversee the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring professional growth.
- Ensure that the company’s risk management policies and procedures are in compliance with current legislation and best practices.
- Oversee the financial operations of the restaurant locations, ensuring profitability and efficient operations.
- Strategic Thinker: Proactively seeks opportunities for growth and improvement within the Business and the personal investment portfolio.
- Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, optimizing work processes.
- Communicative: Expresses ideas and thoughts clearly and tactfully, understanding different stakeholders' needs.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA / CA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA).
- Proven experience as a CFO or relevant role in a comparable industry.
- Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, and M&A activities.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data visualization tools, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
