Through expert advisory services and implementation support, we help our clients achieve sustainable change across complex systems by combining people, process, and technology.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Change Management & Communications Lead to guide healthcare organizations through enterprise-level transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of change management and communication strategies that support the successful adoption of patient access and experience improvements across multiple workstreams. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels—from executive sponsors to frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a holistic change management strategy to support enterprise-level transformation related to patient access and experience.

  • Design and implement scalable tools, templates, and frameworks to ensure consistency across project workgroups and effective adoption of new processes.

  • Build and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote stakeholder awareness, alignment, and engagement across all organizational levels.

  • Partner with program and project leadership—including Program Managers, Client Sponsors, and Project Managers—to integrate change management activities into broader program milestones and deliverables.

  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable messaging tailored for operational teams with varying levels of process familiarity.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through readiness assessments, impact analyses, and change planning sessions to proactively identify and address resistance.

  • Develop and manage Go-Live readiness plans and checklists, ensuring that teams are prepared for operational transitions and that continuity is maintained throughout the implementation phase.

  • Provide structure and clarity to workgroups by defining communication pathways, outlining critical milestones, and ensuring change management plans are fully embedded in each project phase.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications—preferably within a healthcare setting.

  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation or technology implementation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, especially patient access, scheduling, and the revenue cycle.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

  • Experience developing and executing structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

  • Experience working with EHR/EMR transitions or implementations (e.g., Epic).

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project).
