Job Description

As a Copilot Adoption & Change Management Consultant at Concentrix, you will help enterprise clients unlock the value of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, client-facing consultant who can translate business priorities into actionable adoption strategies, drive readiness across large organizations, and enable sustainable change through skilling, communications, and value measurement. Candidates with a good level of French and English will be especially well positioned to support multilingual and multi-geo engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business case identification and prioritization based on business impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Shape and execute enterprise-level Copilot adoption strategies aligned to client transformation priorities
  • Facilitate structured readiness assessments across organizational change, skilling, and enablement maturity, and recommend practical action plans
  • Develop and support execution of skilling, enablement, and internal communication strategies to increase engagement and adoption
  • Engage business and IT stakeholders to monitor progress, track value realization, and optimize adoption plans based on feedback and usage insights
  • Apply Microsoft frameworks and tools to support structured reviews, adoption planning, success measurement, and value realization
  • Design training curricula, certification pathways, and learning assets that support successful user enablement
  • Create communication and engagement plans that build awareness, reduce resistance, and support long-term behavioral change
  • Design and interpret adoption analytics, KPIs, and reporting views to measure outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and support structures to remove blockers and improve the employee experience
  • Facilitate executive and practitioner discussions with strong meeting discipline, visible decision tracking, and clear follow-up actions
  • Help convert concerns around AI, quality, safety, or readiness into structured experiments with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Produce high-quality client-ready assets quickly, including backlogs, labs, communications materials, and KPI scaffolds
  • Tailor consulting engagements based on time constraints, stakeholder mix, data access, and business priorities across multiple industries

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement
  • Bring experience leading use case identification and business case development for emerging technologies
  • Have demonstrated experience guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers
  • Possess a strong understanding of AI and productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies
  • Have experience using adoption and change management frameworks such as Prosci or equivalent
  • Can work effectively across business, IT, and executive stakeholder groups
  • Have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bring experience designing or supporting internal communications, skilling, or change enablement programs in large organizations
  • Have experience partnering with adoption and success teams to accelerate outcomes and remove blockers
  • Have a good level of French and English, both written and spoken
  • Are comfortable working across industries and adapting quickly to changing client needs and business contexts

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have 7–10+ years in enterprise adoption and change management with Microsoft 365
  • Bring 2+ years of experience in short-format consulting engagements such as workshops or accelerators
  • Have experience enabling champions communities at 1,000+ user scale
  • Have prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or boutique consulting environment
  • Bring deep enablement experience for finance, legal, or customer service personas
  • Have supported multi-geo or multilingual rollout programs
  • Have experience creating learning assets and Power BI adoption views
  • Hold a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification or equivalent
  • Hold Microsoft Copilot knowledge credentials or equivalent
  • If not yet certified, are willing to obtain required certifications upon hire

The base salary for this position is $110000-$120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
