About the role:


We are seeking a Catalog Operations Analyst to join our market-leading, fast-growing, event ticketing technology company. As Catalog Operations Analyst you will be responsible for publishing, maintaining, and managing event and ticket level data for Automatiq’s event catalogs in accordance with the sports, music, & entertainment landscape. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related experience or an associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with a familiarity with ticketing, entertainment, or sports industry. This role requires a detail oriented mindset, the ability to multitask and troubleshoot complicated scenarios, and some flexibility to assist on occasional late night or weekend events as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Automatiq’s event catalog by adding events directly into the catalog and maintaining all data associated with the catalog – enrich the catalog through research about venue and event information to make the catalog more attractive
  • Handle requests for new event catalog changes in addition to updating the catalog data when necessary – fix and troubleshoot issues that arise
  • Monitor schedule / on-sales and other announcements for event creation
  • Work with product teams on enhancing tools to improve speed and efficiency that drive revenue
  • Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers
  • Be available to update event information as needed for select high profile events on occasional late nights and weekends
  • Be a passionate fan of all things live entertainment (concerts, festivals, musicals, plays, performing arts, sports)


Core Qualifications:
  • High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Strong ability to comprehend and understand processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize and meet aggressive targets and deadlines.
  • Flexibility, especially in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team player who is comfortable working with various departments
  • Professional demeanor; able to perform well in high-pressure situations
  • Available to work nights and weekends as determined by the department manager


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the sports and entertainment ticketing industry, a marketplace technology company and/or startup environments
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, utilizing such tools as Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, etc.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

$25 - $26 an hour
This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
