Case Closing Specialist

Summary 

This role will work closely with multiple Attorney teams in a region to process a high volume of case settlements. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following. 

Responsibilities 

• Preparation of complete and accurate closing statements which reflect proper disposition of all awarded settlement to various parties 
• Work with Providers to deliver maximum value to our clients 
• Works directly with Finance for check deposits and payments 

• Responds to questions/issues regarding the settlement 
• Manage appropriate timelines as dictated by settlement details and local, state or federal guidelines 
• Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow 

Qualification 

• High school diploma or GED 

• 2+ years experience in Personal Injury, Premises, or other injury related practice areas (preferred) 
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
• Must possess the following skills: Initiative, Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail, Follow- through, Confidentiality, Dependability, Client Confidentiality 

• Work with attorneys as well as external clients at all levels 
• Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
