Our flexible culture allows our professionals to live a balanced lifestyle between their work responsibilities and personal commitments.Position Overview:The Campus Recruiting and University Relations Manager will be the primary lead for BPM's campus recruiting programs and processes, with a keen focus on Diversity. This individual will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of our early talent recruiting efforts, including the internship and LEAD programs, across all practices. You will interact daily with all levels of BPM employees as well as candidates, and will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition.The future incumbent for this role will lead, implement, and execute recruitment strategies for building pipelines of top talent that represent the diversity of our customers, consumers, stakeholders, and the communities in which we live and work. Key to this role is establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with a broad portfolio of diverse talent sources, including colleges and universities for early career talent.You Will:Manage and provide oversight to the campus recruiting team to ensure the candidate pipeline is robust and in line with the Firm's goals. Responsible for assigning work, meeting deadline dates, interpreting and ensuring application of policies and procedures.Evaluate data and advise on progress against plan, competitive intelligence and campus activities.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across recruiting and HR systems throughout all steps of the campus recruiting process.Liaison with other members of the Talent community, including Onboarding, Learning & Development, Resource Management and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Empower team to focus on the candidate experience and develop new methodologies and innovative approaches by providing guidance, tools and resources.Supervise the day-to-day activities, manage, mentor and develop team of Campus Recruiters.Position will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting execution and may be responsible for performing the work being supervised.You will also:Build and create new strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve recruitment and hiring of diverse talent pools and early career candidates.Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to develop and support efforts that strengthen our Firm brand and diversity mission.Identify, prioritize and participate in diversity and university recruiting events.Act as the specialist with hiring teams, leaders, and internal partners concerning methods to source and recruit diverse and early career talent.Build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities through career centers, key faculty, administration, and student organizations.Establish and maintain on-campus and virtual presence through information sessions, student organization meetings, and other found opportunities to connect.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with select Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and other underrepresented population-serving institutions.Develop a tiered strategy for engaging with a defined target list of colleges and Universities.Partner closely with internal Colleague Resource Groups to identify participants who can champion diversity recruiting efforts.Collaborate with the Marketing team to use social platforms and online recruitment marketing resources to support growth of diverse talent pools.Track and develop analytics throughout recruiting cycles to analyze and use data for the identification of trends and the adjustments of strategies to improve results.Collaborate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions to ensure alignment of our diverse hiring strategy, programs and initiatives.Skills to be successful:Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Collaborative, resourceful, and creative thinking.Ability to perform with a high degree of latitude and autonomy.Innate ability to lead and a high EQ.Flexibility to adapt to business changes in a fast-paced environment.Relationship building and collaboration.Persuasion, influence and negotiation.Conducting independent research and presenting solutions.Organization and prioritization.Understanding of general HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.5+ years of experience in campus recruiting and university relations.2+ years of previous experience in diversity and university/campus recruiting.Experience working with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Lever is a plus).Ability to demonstrate past success partnering with diversity organizations and schools.Demonstrable track record with innovative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet, social sites, referrals, and direct recruiting.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Preferred qualifications:Experience with a regional and/or global organization in a professional services environment (public accouting firms is a plus).Wondering if you should apply?BPM is powered by knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking people committed to developing a culture of inclusion.
