Job Description

Editorialist YX fuses personal styling, luxury product journalism, and shopping in one seamless digital experience driven by proprietary technology and e-commerce tools. We are looking for a Campaign Manager Assistant (CMA) who will be responsible for managing campaigns, from pre-sales to end-campaign. The CMA will work collaboratively with the Brand Partnerships team, Editors, Creative team, Stylists, and Ad Operations team to successfully execute media strategies and achieve advertising objectives. The ultimate goal is to build strong relationships with clients and partners and drive renewal of business.This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. A perfect candidate is able to offer pro-active, solution-oriented suggestions and to work under a fast-paced environment. The Campaign Manager Assistant will report to the Campaign Management Lead. As this is a remote position, you can be based anywhere but would need to adhere to EST hours. Key Responsibilities:Supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales process, by supporting the creation of media plans and building marketing materials, such as RFP decks, one-sheeters, mocks, etc.Creating specs sheets, working closely with the Ad Ops team to pull the inventoryWorking with CML to manage campaigns and alerting the Campaign Management Lead in case any issues appear that may cause under delivery or harm client relationshipsWorking on internal and external daily operations of campaign management: editorial and app content, display media, social elements.Crafting kick-off decks, outlining clear internal and external stepsBuild and manage timelines using Asana management system to ensure deadlines are met on time Keep track of all performance metrics and optimizations, and present it for the weekly meeting with the Brand Partnerships team.Work closely with the Ad Operations team to make sure all digital campaigns are delivering in full. This process includes writing a kick-off email with all needed information to the Ad Ops, QA the launch, grabbing screenshots within the first 24h when the campaign goes live, and informing the client.Work closely with the Stylist team to make sure all App placements are live on time and track performance. Create daily/weekly/end of campaign reports, analyze performance, and recommend future activations. Contribute to the team by proposing new creative ideas, proposals, research, and competitive data. Key Qualifications:Marketing/Finance Bachelor's degree preferred;Proficient in Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint, Word, and Google Sheets/DocsKnowledge of GAM and 3rd party tags is a plusCreative skills
