Responsibilities:

Fidelis is looking for a Campaign and Field Marketing Manager to join part of our nimble and innovative marketing team. The FMM will closely across all functions (Corporate, Digital & Product/Content Marketing and the Commercial and Major Account sales team) to create and implement effective demand generation programs and play an active role in promoting global marketing initiatives for quality pipeline, moving prospects through the sales cycles, building customer intimacy and developing channel partner relationships. This position will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation Marketing.

What will you do?

  • Strategically plan and execute marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty. Integrated marketing programs may include: conferences, seminars, webinars, partner enablement, social media, direct and digital campaigns
  • Develop innovative ideas to build brand awareness while employing field marketing best practices and regional scalability
  • Provide logistical support, including pre & post-event communication and program management
  • Manage vendor relationships, program budget and ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with Commercial and Major Accounts sales and extended marketing teams to execute lead and pipeline generation campaigns
  • Track program results, measuring program success and reporting metrics via SFDC
  • Become familiar with marketing and operational tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase and Netsuite.
Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events specifically for Commercial and Major Account markets
  • Ability to project manage with strong attention to detail, logistically and operationally
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
