Universal role which provides professional service and assistance to members and potential members via telephone, fax, email, chat and written correspondence. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services creating value to our membership. Supports a sales and service environment in conjunction with the Credit Unions values and goals. Exercises some independent judgment. Acts as operator for entire Credit Union. Perform a variety of loan, customer support tasks, virtual teller services that contributes to efficient operation and growth of TBFCU Business goals. Provide quality service to members and assure confidentiality and privacy of member data.

Experience and Education
2-5 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Call center experience preferred.
HS education or GED required, some college preferred.
