PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional phone presence, and successful completion of a Level 2 background check. Bilingual: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required.

Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
