Call Center Agent - Bilingual Spanish / Haitian Creole

Description

PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional phone presence, and successful completion of a Level 2 background check. Key Responsibilities

We Are Looking For:
  • Bilingual:  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required. 
  • Exceptional Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
  • Required Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
  • Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
  • Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Florida and Texas for existing job opportunities.
  • Background Check: You are able to pass a Level 2 background check.

Minimum Requirements: 
  • Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
  • Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Residency Requirement: We currently prefer candidates from Florida and Texas for existing job opportunities. We kindly request that individuals residing outside of these states refrain from applying.
  • Bilingual:  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required.
