Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Emeryville, CA that is seeking a remote Business Systems Analyst.

Essential Functions:
* Business Systems Analyst will participate and lead our Agile ceremonies such as daily standup, story grooming, sprint review and retrospective
* Manage user stories in partnership with Product Owner
* Assist with business council meetings designed to review and prioritize upcoming work submitted by business partners
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a product expert for our suite of VOX/Avaya telephony and workforce management applications
* Understands system functionality, business use, systems integrations
* Works with business leads to understand their needs, gather requirements, refine user stories, prioritize development efforts, test, and deliver new features
* Conducts and assists with user acceptance testing in partnership with business stakeholders
* Analyzes user requests for systems changes or enhancements; Business Systems Analyst documents functional requirements
* Provides specific subject matter expertise on applications, systems and/or processes to internal clients in identifying and resolving, processing/reporting problems in specific business systems
* Provides ongoing training and assistance for end users and other stakeholder groups for a particular application, system or process; Assists in the developing communication content for specific system changes being implemented in production

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
* Scrum Certification (e.g., CSM) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3-5 years of business systems analysis experience (preferred)
* 0-2 years of technical telephony industry experience
* Knowledge of business unit operations typically acquired through two years of experience or formal training
* Excellent oral and written communication skills for data collection and documentation
* Ability to work as a member of a team
* Basic knowledge of either business or systems analysis
* Proven analytical and writing skills to produce systems development requests
* User level knowledge of all systems developed and supported within the unit
