Business Systems Analyst Manager (Remote)

A consumer products company in Massachusetts has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Business Systems Analyst Manager. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst Manager (Remote) will be responsible for analyzing current business processes and making recommendations for improvement based on 'best practices', industry trends and professional business knowledge

Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst Manager (Remote) will:

• Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity


• Ensure stand practice within SDLC is followed.


• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations


• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion


• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights


• Support aligning the business requirements to the applications capabilities: standard functionality and custom dev


• Monitor feedback on the use of business applications, enhancing system productivity as needed


• Translate business requirements into application requirements, while working with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.


• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as Business Analyst within IT


• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst


• Experience presenting and communicating clearly to executive leadership


• Experience as a Manager or Lead BSA and being part of the growing BA practice


• Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Strong attention to detail


• Highly organized

Desired Skills

• Experience with Oracle or Data Warehouse


• Experience documenting and analyzing projects, establishing guiding principles for roles and responsibilities.


• Experience supporting Digital transformations


• Experience rolling out process flow, SDLC and trainings


• Experience supporting technology teams by creating standard practices for a BSA, center of excellence


• Experience with Change Management
