Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve ITSM process performance based on data-driven insights
  • Build reports and queries to monitor the IT Service Delivery environment to analyze demand, usage, and performance
  • Use data analytics to provide actionable, timely and accurate reporting to improve service delivery, infrastructure management and proactive problem and incident management.
  • Work with the infrastructure service providers, customer IT, and management teams to identify and monitor process performance and service provider performance
  • Lead collaborative sessions related to quality assurance and reporting
  • Apply the various reporting and presentation tools to provide analysis and recommendations
  • Evaluate, analyze and interpret data to develop recommendations for service and process improvement
  • Engage with ITSM process owners and other process improvement analysts to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Define and deliver solutions to analyze data and provide the appropriate level of data hygiene
  • Analyze complex data sets (tables, reference, relationships) from multiple data sources/platforms
  • Define new data collection and analysis processes to support service improvement
  • Lead both Governance committee and WellMed ITSM Steering committee

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering or 3 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the data-driven process analysis and improvement, including conducting statistical data analysis, data manipulation, data visualization, and value modeling and simulations
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management delivery
  • Experience developing and implementing data dashboards, data automation, and reporting systems to convert data into actionable information
  • Experience focusing on continual improvement and service quality
  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • Experience communicating effectively and translating process improvement concepts to a business audience
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing an ITIL process in a multi-vendor ecosystem
  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow toolset
  • Advanced ITIL Certification

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
