Job Description

Overview:
BOOST is helping our growing helath IT client add a full-time Business Systems Analyst to their team providing support to DHA. As a Business Systems Analyst you'll be an integral part of a team providing IT modernization support on a brand new TRICARE project, remotely (this role is 100% remote). If you have experience with health informatics, and knowledge of the tools, processes and methodologies for all phases of the SDLC, we would love to talk to you!

Responsibilities:
Lead user/stakeholder interviews and working sessions.Analyze existing client materials to compose business requirements.Document requirements in formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).Identify, capture and design business processes while analyzing problems and recommending solutions.Document as-is requirements, system gaps/limitations, and to-be requirements.Document test case scenarios/scripts.Communicate with stakeholders and effectively present solutions.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with large/complex systems integration projects.5+ years of experience in a software development environment.Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.Experience with systems integration projects in a health plan environment (e.g. Provider Data Management, Claims Adjudication, Referral/Authorizations, Provider Credentialing, Enrollment).Experience with McKesson Provider Manager, CareRadius, or Mercury Credentialing systems preferred.SQL Data Analysis; RUP/UML Methodology.Highly competent in writing structure requirements in BRD format, in Use Case/Scenario format.In-depth knowledge of the tools, processes and methodologies for all phases of the SDLC.Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking skills and communication skills.High level of customer-focus with exceptional quality standards.Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.Very hands-on; able and willing to produce high quality deliverables.Healthcare experience (Health Plan/Provider Operations).BOOST is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
