This role will provide support to all departments that fall underneath the Wholesale operations and initiatives. Key job functions include assisting the Business Support Team in managing key performance data, creation of automated solutions to assist various departments, monitoring exception reporting, creation of audit routines, etc.

Job Description:
Provide administrative and analytical support for Strategic Planning initiatives as well as creating, producing, and reporting on applicable metrics and key performance indicatorsCollaborate with and liaise between Cross-Function Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Compliance, and Tech to execute Enterprise-focused solutionsServe as a point person/Subject Matter Expert that works closely with internal and external customers, as well as the Project Management Team to ensure smooth transitions of new project roll-outsMaintain high organization and communication to Project Management Team while working on, reviewing, and completing multiple projectsProvide weekly status updates to management on projects and assignmentsDevelop strategies to improve team and organizational effectiveness, training, customer service, policies, procedures, and company culture.Coordinate and attend meetings as needed; distribute meeting notes and action items to impacted partiesMaintain awareness of industry practices and trends to recommend specific projects that may need to be addressed, either near term or in the futureDemonstrate time management ability in working with internal and external customers and hitting deadlines for assignmentsEstablish strong working relationships with related internal groups including IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Credit, and moreProvide general administrative support for the division, as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following::
Two (2) years + mortgage experience is required. Wholesale mortgage lending experience is preferredBachelors Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferredTechnical writing skills preferredMust be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independentlyAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the company and interface with Executive Level ManagementProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and goal-oriented individual, with ability to meet aggressive deadlinesAbility to multi-task and effectively manage competing prioritiesStrong analytical, planning, organizational, people, and time management skills
