An exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Support Administrator to join a trusted PR & Communications brand that helps secure planning for challenging and ambitious property development projects for the likes of Sainsbury's, Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Travelodge.

Business Support Administrator - Political & Stakeholder Engagement Consultancy
Thame, Oxfordshire Office / Remote split
Salary of £25,500 + Company Bonus Scheme

The Company:

We are a political and stakeholder engagement consultancy, specialising in the property development sector. We create and deliver targeted communications strategies to promote and ensure the success of challenging development proposals through the planning system. Our clients include Taylor Wimpey, Countryside Properties, Sainsbury's, Travelodge and Churchill Retirement Living, amongst many others.

Your Role:

The role of Business Support Administrator is a highly regarded one within the company and is crucial to the smooth running of the organisation.

The role is a varied and demanding one and necessitates that the post holder has excellent communication and time management skills and attention to detail.

The following list identifies the core functions of the role but is not exhaustive:

+ Stakeholder engagement data handling
+ Mail merging
+ Organisation of events
+ Formal report production
+ Document management
+ GDPR compliance
+ General admin

About You:

+ At least 12 month's experience in a similar role within a professional organisation
+ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
+ Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and experience in preparing mail merges is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Full, clean driving licence and access to a car
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
