Job Description

Role Business Project Manager Location Remote Duration 6 months+ Contract to Hire (REMOTE) Overview Responsible for creating detailed project management plans in concert with key stakeholders and acting as Project Lead when necessary. Works to developexecute project work plans and provides organizational assistance and guidance as needed on large, complex and highly visible or complex projects. Responsibilities Manages all the project artifacts and updates AT TASK in support of the Project Leader. Coordinates and facilitates delivery of project objectives. Proactively communicates projects status, issues, and risks while ensuring the CMI documentation is updated appropriately. Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders and staff to drive project tasks and milestones. Responsible for creating end-to-end project plan that includes all impacted functional areas. Assists the Project Lead in the CMI read-outs and act as a delegate as needed. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members. Organizes agendas and solicits topics for core team meetings. Develops and executesmanages approved project work plans and budgets and arranges for necessary project resources. Assigns work, monitors progress, resolves problems and provides periodic status reports to the Project Leader Director and regular communication packets to project participants and senior management. Schedules and conducts meetings to review all phases of projects with assigned staff. Ensures that productivity, quality and timeliness of all projects are accomplished in accordance with agreed-upon timelines. Makes recommendations on improvements as appropriate. Acts as an ambassador for the Business Project Office encouraging compliance with new processes and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required with 5 years equivalent experience working as a project manager in a cross-functional capacity. Healthcare PMP certification preferred. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget. Meeting management and effective written and oral communication skills also required.
