Remote Position (OR/WA Only)

This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location.

All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork.

Note that our employee health plan coverage is for providers based in the Legacy Health geographic region. To find providers in our network . Urgent and emergent coverage is available outside Legacy Health's geographic region and telehealth is available within Oregon and Washington.

This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

The BI Training Coordinator provides support and coordination of end user training, including developing educational strategies, creating learning support materials, and conducting online training sessions. Primary responsibility is to provide end-user communication, training and support in the implementation and optimal utilization of analytics tools and concepts across the BI platforms. As part of a strong engineering and consultative team, this position will interact with a broad range of audiences from data analysts to managers and clinicians to support data literacy and analytics strategies.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in sciences (engineering, physics, computer science, math), information systems, statistics or business required. Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience:

3 years' minimum experience in similar training or learning and development coordination or support role. Experience in developing and delivering courses on technical data and analytics tools.

Skills:

Ability to support and develop in organizational standard Data and Analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Platform, Dataverse, Purview). Demonstrated knowledge of data modeling, and visualization required. Ability to translate policies, technical content or other complex content into engaging information and learning experiences. Knowledge of eLearning technology tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Storyline. Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 collaboration tools. Collaborator with a track record of providing excellent customer service. High producer with proven ability to manage/track multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
