Georgia Advocacy Office is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to support the growth of our organization. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, generating leads, and securing partnerships to further our mission of advocating for the rights of individuals in Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and other means
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the legal and advocacy landscape in Georgia is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
