Kastle Systems is immediately hiring Remote Video Guarding sales professionals who -

Have a relentless passion to penetrate new markets with the best proptech solutions in commercial and residential real estate markets

Can build expansive networks to drive brand presence in your territory

Possess strategic, consultative sales ability that is grounded in trust and relationships

Have strong interpersonal skills to articulate your message

Have proven success in selling solutions to C-Level decision makers

Will leverage our innovative remote video guarding products across all verticals in commercial, multifamily real estate lines of business

Qualifications:
Proven success in growing sales and penetrating a sales territory

Three (3) years business development in commercial real estate, property management and/or managed services preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Well developed prospecting techniques and consultative, strategic selling

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills required, including verbal and written communication

Prior experience closing sales of complex systems or services with protracted sales cycles.

Experience with CRM Systems, and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies

An entrepreneurial mindset & demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals.

Other Eligibility Requirements:
Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.

Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.

Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
