We are currently looking for a Business Development ManagerAccounts Manager who can "Hunt" and build new business and grow current relationships. This person will identify new customers, build new relationships, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, scheduleattend new client meetings each week, obtain and qualify IT contract opportunities, negotiating rates and salaries, and collaborating with the recruiting team. We are looking for someone who strives to be an individual contributor and work well within a teamwork environment. The successful candidate will have Bring in business by being an aggressive hunter Develop new client accounts (Direct Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing Experience identifying and developing new client relationships. Makes telephone calls and presentations to customers and potential customers, consistently adding new prospects and clients Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill Build trust and credibility with prospectscustomers, and contractors Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing A strong sense of urgency. Be accountable for revenue targets Track record of proven Client relationships Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior technical staffing experience is required.
