We are Looking for a Business Development Manager with previous experience leading sales efforts and prospecting within the IT Recruitment/Staffing industry. This position is both hunter and farmer, though predominantly focused on new account generation. This is a full-time role working alongside a strong delivery team. This position is a fulltime salaried role with uncapped commissions, health benefits, 401k and PTO.
Responsibilities
  • Contact existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities for our IT service offerings.
  • Build long term relationships while building the trust of customers through various sales techniques and tactics.
  • Network, build and maintain relationships with customer's IT Hiring Managers, IT Managers, C-Level, and HR Departments.
  • Interact with customers to identify and document position requirements, interview follow-ups, etc.
  • Prospect for new accounts utilizing company's vast array of sales tools.
  • Become an expert in latest industry news and trends.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years in account management / sales role within an IT Services company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented staffing environment.
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
  • Self-starter that does not need to be micromanaged. Someone that takes action without having to be instructed.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, follow-through, and organizational skills.
