Overview


Our client is an innovative RegTech company, founded in Hong Kong in 2016, that specializes in advanced KYC solutions powered by cutting-edge technology. Having established successful partnerships with numerous global banking institutions, they are currently expanding their service offerings to encompass asset management firms and payment solution providers etc.


Due to their continued business expansion, they are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager to collaborate with their Sales Leader in Hong Kong. The ideal professional will demonstrate exceptional business development capabilities, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and revenue generation. This newly created position presents an excellent opportunity to partner directly with the Sales Leader in driving business growth.

What You Will Do
  • Leverage CRM systems, strategic outreach, and professional communications to cultivate new business opportunities and establish meaningful client relationships across diverse industry sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis utilizing professional networking platforms and business intelligence tools to identify and connect with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic meetings between prospective clients and our sales team to foster productive business discussions.
  • Implement targeted outbound initiatives to develop new business partnerships, with particular focus on engaging senior-level decision makers in IT, Operations, and Compliance divisions. Provide expert guidance on KYC automation solutions while conducting thorough qualification of business opportunities.
  • Maintain systematic reporting of key performance metrics to leadership, ensuring consistent achievement of established sales objectives.


What You Will Need
  • At least 2 years of proven sales success, with demonstrated achievements in lead generation and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in client engagement across multiple channels, including phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify client needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Clear commitment to advancing in sales leadership roles, with ambition to take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years in relevant field).
  • Familiarity with modern sales platforms including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo preferred.
  • Speaking in Mandarin is a must. Fluent in English and Cantonese
