Job Description

We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team and that's why we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our UK HQs. This role can be remote for the right candidate.

Business Development Executives are responsible for representing our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Business Development Executives have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting the Business Development team for success.

This role offers many opportunities for upward mobility. EIMS esteemed management training program provides personal development courses to impart relevant skills and prepares you for the next stage which can also include relocation to one (or more) of our offices globally if that's what you want; Barcelona, Toronto, Miami, Davao or Auckland. The starting salary range for this role is £24,000 - £36,000 OTE depending on performance.

*Objectives*
• Represent EIMS' products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how their solutions meet needs. (some of our clients include HPE, VMware, SAP...)
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.

*Responsibilities*
• Utilize Sales Force or similar CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Native level in English
• 1+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets is nice to have
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• Legally authorized to work without restrictions
