The Role:We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Superstar with success in connecting software systems and business needs to make our company needs reality. The best candidate has had success a listener, designer, definer, and facilitator of effective business solutions. What You'll Do:Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions.Assess, conduct interviews, write detailed business and technical analysis of requirements, including requirements for successful integration with existing functionality for systems, including data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow. Provide direction and management to information technology and computing systems/software associated with enterprise systems.Establish project scope, system goals and requirements for the business and technology. Lead setup, configuration and administration of systems, tracking necessary version updates, implementation of change control rules, nonbusiness configuration.
