Job Description

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team.

You will be a vital link between our technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, build, testing and deployment tasks of our busy change programme. Working with internal customers, our partners and 3rd party specialist teams, you will provide support to the wider business in all aspects of change and be an advocate for the adherence and adoption of change best practice. You will:

Work though project ideation, understanding fully, challenging and documenting scope and project initiation. This will include, but not be limited to, creation of business cases, resource planning, project planning along with the project manager.
Identify and utilise key stakeholders to define business requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that these are documented clearly and logically
Liaising with solution experts and developers, agree and document the agreed technical solution and / or process
Define and document the test approach and test scripts
Along with key stakeholders agree and document implementation and roll out plans - through to BAU handover. Where required assist in the creation of training materials
Plan business verification testing - documenting and sharing plans, plus engaging key stakeholders as required
Ensure retrospectives are completed for all medium / large changes - learnings must be fully documented and shared, ensuring adoption moving forwards
